The Introduction to the YouthBuild GPMS training is made up of two sessions on June 11, 2025. The training covers participant data entry, the report submission and certification process, data management, and general grant reporting guidance. 2024 DOL YouthBuild grantees are required to have one staff member attend this training.

Important Guidance for DOL YouthBuild 2024 Grantees

  1. The deadline for submitting your Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) and Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR), for the period covering April through June of 2025, is no later than August 15.
  2. If no participants enrolled in your grant before the end of June, please note this using the check box at the top of your QNR.
  3. If no participants enrolled in your grant before the end of June, you will not submit a QPR for this period.

  5. If you have questions about or need to make changes to the GPMS grant administrator user, please reach out to GPMS Support at GPMSsupport@youthbuild.org.
  6. We encourage all 2024 grantees that are new to GPMS reporting to attend one of our weekly GPMS participant data entry trainings. Email GPMS support to reserve a seat.
