Initial YouthBuild GPMS Training for 2024 Grant Class

About
The YouthBuild GPMS Initial Performance Reporting Requirements and Overview training is a one-hour training focusing on report submission and certification requirements for the first quarterly report due no later than May 15 for the 2024 DOL YouthBuild grantees.
2024 DOL YouthBuild grantees are required to attend this training to review the steps required for logging into the GPMS for the first time and to learn how to submit and certify their quarterly narrative report.
2024 grantees must also attend the full GPMS training on June 11, 2025.

- Your first report that is due will cover the quarter ending March 31, 2025 and should be certified no later than May 15, 2025.
- You do not have to submit a Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) but must submit a Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR).
- For questions about the financial reporting, please reach out to your Federal Project Officer (FPO).
- Grant Administrator users should receive their auto-generated system credentials by email and have access to the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) shortly after the first training.
- Accessing the GPMS and certifying your QNR in WIPS:
- The GPMS login page is here: https://entbpmp.dol.gov/suite/
- From the GPMS login page, click on the “I am an external user – Login.gov” link.
- From the Login.gov page that opens, sign in or create an account. Your login.gov account must use the same email address as used for your GPMS account.
- After signing in through login.gov, you should land on the GPMS cases page.
- Click on the navigation grid on the top right of the page to select Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS).
- Once in WIPS, click on the “my reports” tab.
- Click on the “quarterly narrative report."
- Click on "add report” and complete the required questions for this reporting quarter.
- Click "certify" at the bottom.
- Click on the navigation grid on the top right of the page to select Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS).

- We encourage grantees to hold off on participant data entry until after the required GPMS training on June 11, 2025.
