DOL YouthBuild is one source of funding for YouthBuild, and should not be considered the sole or primary source of funding. Strong programs diversify funding and building strong partnerships on the local, regional, state, and federal level to leverage the stability that DOL YouthBuild funding provides.
This fact sheet will provide grantees with ideas and methods to make their DOL dollars go further, by diversifying funding and creating strong partnerships that can support and sustain the local YouthBuild program while it has secured DOL funding and beyond.
