YouthBuild Career Readiness Program Design Assessment

YouthBuild programs can use this tool to assess their career readiness program design. The tool assesses four areas: staffing for career and postsecondary (PSE) readiness, career readiness in core programming, postsecondary education preparation for placement, and employment preparation for placement. This resource is designed to be flexible and adaptable for grantees to assess themselves on current labor market trends, needs, and context.
