In this video, we review the WIOA Performance Indicator Credential Attainment and related data in the GPMS user reports and the WIPS quarterly performance report (QPR).

- Grant Administrator users are the only GPMS users who can access the quarterly performance reports. Reach out to the GPMS Help Desk if you need help with this user account.
- Please note that the WIPS “cohort period” listed in the QPR is a timeframe specific to the report, and may not be comparable to a cohort or cycle of participants as defined by your grantee organization.
