WIOA Performance Indicators: Median Earnings

About

In this video, we review Median Earnings and related data in the GPMS user reports and the WIPS quarterly performance report (QPR).

GPMS Login Page: https://entbpmp.dol.gov/suite/

Grant Administrator users are the only GPMS users who can access the quarterly performance reports. Reach out to the GPMS Help Desk if you need help with this user account.

Please note that the WIPS “cohort period” listed in the QPR is a timeframe specific to the report, and may not be comparable to a cohort or cycle of participants as defined by your grantee organization.

Please see page 36 in the GPMS User Guide for more information about the QPR.
